WHEN THOUGHTS
ARE STILL AT WAR
On the anniversary of the end of the Second World War, I was offered an opportunity to work on a German documentary project involving veterans.
It became evident that thoughts about the war still haunt not only them but also their descendants. This led to the idea of a project exploring the generational trauma, accompanied by insights from a psychologist.

My role: idea developing, naming, script writing, project management, creative direction, production supervision.
Six video stories featuring veterans and their descendants were filmed in France, Russia, and Germany and posted on a specially created landing page.
For each story, we included a video commentary by a psychologist. We encouraged users to express their gratitude to the project participants, and their messages were later conveyed to them.
